2934 COUNTY LOCAL LAWS
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY Bill No. 179-81 AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 15-1000 through 15-1002 to
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 15, "Public Works", to be under the new subtitle 10,
"Street Lights", to establish procedures whereby the County may
acquire by gift OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR COSTS OF OPERATION
AND MAINTENANCE OF certain existing street lights located along
roads or rights of way open to use by the general public. Approved January 15, 1982.
Bill No. 200-81' AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
15-4A01, Section 15-4A02(a)(1), (2) and (3), Section 15-4A03 and
Section 15-4A04 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 15, "Public Works", Subtitle 4A, "Allocation
of Water and Wastewater Capacity", to alter certain procedures,
terms and conditions under which an allocation of water or
wastewater capacity may be granted, extended and forfeited; to
extend the applicability of the provisions of this ordinance to
certain subdivisions; and generally related to the allocation of
water and wastewater capacity within the County. Approved January 6, 1982.
Bill No. 201-81 AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 1-1400 through 1-1405 to
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 1, "Administration", to be under the new subtitle 14,
"Reimbursement for Criminal Expenses", to provide for the
reimbursement of public safety employees of Anne Arundel County
for expenses of defending criminal prosecutions arising out of
acts or omissions committed within the scope of their employment
or the performance of their duties; to provide for the creation
of a fund from which such expenses shall be paid; and matters
generally related thereto. Approved January 6, 1982.
