RESOLUTION NO. 273
CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 33
A Resolution of the Commissioners of Aberdeen adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution of
Maryland and of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition and amendments thereto), title "Corporations -
Municipal", and specifically pursuant to Section 19 of Article
23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, sub-title "Home Rule,"
sub-heading "Annexation," to enlarge the corporate boundaries of
the area incorporated by The Commissioners of Aberdeen, by
amending the public local laws of Harford County, being a part of
Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland by adding
to Section 2 entitled "Corporate Limits" and annexing to said
corporate boundaries the following area, contiguous to and
adjoining the present corporate boundaries, being the same in all
the land described as follows:
[Section 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Harford
County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 1982-1
A Resolution of the Commissioners of Aberdeen, adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution of
Maryland and of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition, as amended), to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Subsection 4 (c) of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Harford County, title "Harford County", subtitle "Aberdeen",
increasing the annual compensation of the Commissioners of
Aberdeen from Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1200.00) annually to
Twenty-four Hundred Dollars ($2400.00), with an additional Six
Hundred Dollars ($600.00) annually for the President.
[Section 4(g) of the Charter of the Town of Aberdeen,
Harford County, being also Section 4(c) of the Public Local Laws
of Harford County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date April 8, 1982]
