(3) Transmit to the court in this State having
jurisdiction over an obligor or his property any petition,
certificate, copy of acts, or other document that it receives
from courts or information agency of other states. 25. (c) To require the obligor to make payments at specified
intervals to the clerk of the court, the [bureau of support
enforcement of the Social Services Administration] CHILD SUPPORT
ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES,
or other designated local agency for the purpose of collecting
such payments of the [obligee] OBLIGOR and to report personally
to such clerk, the [bureau] ADMINISTRATION or local agency as
such court may direct at such times as may be deemed necessary. 26. The court of this State when acting as a responding state
shall have the following duties which may be carried out through
the clerk of the court, the [bureau of support enforcement] CHILD
SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION, or designated local agency: (1)  Upon the receipt of a payment made by the obligor
pursuant to any order of the court or otherwise, to transmit the
same forthwith to the court of the initiating state, and (2)  Upon request to furnish to the court of the
initiating state a certified statement of all payments made by
the obligor. 27. The court of this State when acting as an initiating state
shall have the duty which may be carried out through the clerk of
the court, the [bureau of support enforcement] CHILD SUPPORT
ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION, or designated local agency to receive
and disburse forthwith all payments made by the obligor or
transmitted by the court of the responding state.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, That, all persons
who, as of the effective date of this Order, are performing child
support enforcement functions as classified employees of the
Department of Human Resources, Income Maintenance Administration,
are hereby transferred to the Child Support Enforcement
Administration within the Department of Human Resources without
any change or loss of rights or status, and shall retain their
merit system and retirement system status.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, That, any transaction
affected by or flowing from any statute here amended, repealed,
or transferred, and validly entered into before the effective
