1. By a charter county for which a civil
penalty is provided under Article 25A, § 5(A) of the Code[,]; or
2. By the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore for which a civil penalty is provided by ordinance;
[and]
(v) A citation for a Code violation issued
under Article 27, § 403B of the Code; [and]
(VI) A VIOLATION OF AN ORDINANCE OR REGULATION
ENACTED BY ST. MARY'S COUNTY PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 25, SECTION
10-I OF THE CODE, FOR WHICH A CIVIL PENALTY IS PROVIDED; AND
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.
