the project, and recommend that the Board make available the
funds requested.
(d) The Board of Public Works shall make allocations
from moneys available under this Act in accordance with the
provisions, stipulations, and limitations of the Act. The Board
of Public Works shall certify the allocation of State funds to
the State Treasurer, and the Treasurer shall make funds available
to the appropriate local governmental agency, when needed, for
eligible work.
(e) The Director of the Office on Aging shall make a
report to the General Assembly, no later than one year after the
first surplus school building or other public building or part
thereof is converted with the assistance of a State grant under
this Act, on the value of converting surplus public school
buildings to Elderly Citizen Activities Centers. The report
should contain sufficient quantitative data to compare the
delivery of services to elderly citizens before and after
conversion.
(4) There is hereby levied and imposed an annual State tax
on all assessable property in the State in rate and amount
sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds as
and when due and until paid in full, such principal to be
discharged within fifteen years of the date of issue of the
bonds.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1,, 1983.

AN ACT concerning
Child Abuse - Expungement of Report
FOR the purpose of requiring the Department of Human Resources
local departments of social services to expunge a certain
report after a certain period of time concerning child abuse
if a certain investigation concludes that the report of
child abuse is unfounded ruled out and no further report is
received within a certain period of time.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
