management, home economics, business
education, and physical therapy programs,
provided that this appropriation is
contingent upon the approval by the Budget
Committees of the 1980 Campus Renovation Plan
as amended by a special consultants study in
F.Y. 1982....................................
(4) Baltimore County Campus:
(a) Landscape and provide lighting in the area
surrounding the new Commons Building.........
(b) Modify HVAC systems in the Library...........
(c) Design and prepare detailed plans for an
addition to the central heating and cooling
plant and a replacement for the maintenance
shops, provided that this appropriation is
contingent upon the approval by the Budget
Committees of a plan which identifies the
amount and cost of buffer/backup plant
capacity needed by the campus and the
alternatives available to address this need..
(5) Center for Environmental and Estuarine
Studies:
(a) Construct 4 surface ponds for fish hatchery
