bathhouse/concession building................
(g) (f) Janes Island State Park (Somerset
County):
Design and construct shore erosion control

Design and construct shore erosion control
measures.....................................
(g) St. Mary's River State Park (St. Mary's
County):
Supplement the appropriation, "Construction
of dam, lake, and utilities", originally made
by Chapter 693 on page 2369 of the Acts of
1980, Section I(7) of Chapter 693 of the Acts
of 1980 being hereby modified to the extent
that work may begin upon satisfactory
assurances to the Board of Public Works that
the project can be completed with the
aggregate of the funds herein and heretofore
appropriated for this purpose................
(i) (h) Sandy Point State Park (Anne Arundel
County):
Supplement the Capital Appropriation,
"Construction of a bath house", originally
made by Chapter 518 on page 1592 of the Acts
of 1980, as detailed on page I-128 of Volume
I of the Maryland State Budget for the Fiscal
Year ending June 30, 1981 sumbitted submitted
to the General Assembly by the Governor, the
General Construction Loan provisions
incorporated by reference on page 1592 of the
Acts of 1980 being hereby modified to the
extent that work may begin upon satisfactory
assurances to the Board of Public Works that
the project can be completed with the
aggregate of the funds herein and heretofore
appropriated for this purpose................
