AN ACT concerning
Maryland Food Center Authority
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Authority to construct a
seafood industrial park; expanding the general powers,
bonding authority, and power to fix rates and charges of the
Authority; clarifying language; and relating generally to
the Maryland Food Center Authority.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative
Departments
Section 412(b) and (e) 410, 411, 412(b) and (e), 413, 414,
416 through 422, 424, and 426 to be under the
amended subtitle "40 Maryland Food Center Authority"
