HARRY HUGHES, Governor
shipbuilding and ship repair and every kind of terminal or
storage structure or facility now in use or hereafter designed
for use in the handling, storage, loading or unloading of freight
or passengers at steamship terminals, and every kind of
transportation facility now in use or hereafter designed for use
in connection therewith.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

(House Bill 995)
AN ACT concerning
Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses PG 306-83 FOR the purpose of establishing a procedure for the renewal of
certain alcoholic beverages licenses in Prince George's
County; providing certain license renewal and expiration
dates for the County; providing for a local renewal
application and an owner's consent attachment to that
application; providing that the County Board of License
Commissioners shall review the applicant's renewal
qualifications and issue the proper license to that
applicant subject to restrictions, if any; providing that if
convicted of a certain offense, the applicant is not
qualified for the issuance of a license; allowing certain
clubs to notify the County Board of any changes in its
officers during the license term; providing for a license
protest procedure; providing for the content of the protest
form; providing for a protest filing expiration date, a
protest filing procedure, and a hearing; providing for
certain local transfer requirements; deleting certain
provisions from the existing law relating to Prince George's
County; providing for a staggering of certain classes of
liquor licenses in Prince George's County; providing for a
certain use fee for licenses that are extended for a certain
period of time in the County; and generally relating to the
renewal of alcoholic beverages licenses in Prince George's
County. BY adding to Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
Section 65(d), 68(a-l), and 68A
