E. When a bill is overdue and after written notice is left
upon the premises or mailed to the last known address of the
owner, the Commission shall turn off the water or sewer, if
possible, from the property in question. The water or sewer
service may not be resumed until the bill or bills, AND A CHARGE
AS DETERMINED BY THE COMMISSION TO COVER COSTS INCURRED TO TURN
OFF AND TO TURN ON THE WATER OR SEWER SERVICE, have been paid
[,including a late payment penalty of ten dollars ($10.].
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

CHAPTER 50
(House Bill 729)
AN ACT concerning
State Lottery - State Lottery Fund
FOR the purpose of changing the time of payment of lottery
revenues into the general funds of the State beginning with
a certain fiscal year so that the State's share shall be
accumulated in the Fund on a monthly basis for certain
fiscal years; and providing for the disposition and
accumulation of lottery revenues in certain future years.
FOR the purpose of eliminating the requirement to maintain a
special reserve fund for the operation of the daily lottery
game; providing that the State's share of the proceeds of
the State lottery shall be paid monthly to the General Fund
of the State during each fiscal year and shall be available
as General Fund revenues in the fiscal year in which they
are accumulated in the State Lottery Fund; making stylistic
changes; and generally relating to the State Lottery Fund.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
