(4) AN EMPLOYEE WHOSE RELIGIOUS BELIEFS ARE OPPOSED
TO JOINING OR FINANCIALLY SUPPORTING ANY COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
ORGANIZATION IS:
(I) NOT REQUIRED TO PAY A SERVICE OR
REPRESENTATION FEE, AND
(II) REQUIRED TO PAY AN AMOUNT OF MONEY AS
DETERMINED IN PARAGRAPH (C)(2) TO A NONRELIGIOUS, NONUNION
CHARITY OR TO SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION AS MAY BE
MUTUALLY AGREED UPON BY THE EMPLOYEE AND THE EXCLUSIVE
REPRESENTATIVE, AND WHO FURNISHES TO THE BOARD OF EDUCATION AND
THE EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE WRITTEN PROOF OF SUCH PAYMENT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

AN ACT concerning
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission -
Bond Anticipation Notes
MC/PG 7-83
FOR the purpose of increasing to a certain amount the total
outstanding amount of bond anticipation notes that the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) may issue on
behalf of the sanitary district; increasing to a certain
amount the amount of bond anticipation notes that the WSSC
may sell by negotiated sale; changing the maturity dates and
renewal periods for these bond anticipation notes; providing
for approval by the County Executives and County Councils of
Montgomery County and Prince George's County; and generally
relating to the bond anticipation notes of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary Commission.
