FOR the purpose of repealing a certain requirement that insurers
provide certain information to the Motor Vehicle
Administration; making certain changes concerning Maryland
Automobile Insurance Fund commissions; providing for the
assessment of certain points; altering certain notification
requirements to the Motor Vehicle Administration; altering
certain penalty provisions; providing for a certain random
verification; providing for certain other verification of
motor vehicle liability insurance; providing that the Motor
Vehicle Administration has certain authority to assess
points under certain conditions; and generally relating to
uninsured motorists and required security.
