IDENTIFY THE LICENSED PODIATRIST WHO PERFORMED THE PODIATRIC
TREATMENT OR SERVICE FOR ANY PATIENT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

(House Bill 197)
AN ACT concerning
Oyster Dredging - During Icing Conditions
FOR the purpose of eliminating the termination date for
continuing certain provisions of law that authorize
scooping, dredging, or scraping for oysters by hand in
certain areas reserved for tonging when watermen are denied
access to oyster taking because of icing conditions.
