1950                                             LAWS OF MARYLAND                                         Ch. 598 (I)  THE BILLING INVOICES; AND (II)  ANY BILLING RECEIPTS GIVEN TO A PATIENT;
AND (4) TREATMENT RECORDS ARE MAINTAINED AND CLEARLY
IDENTIFY THE LICENSED PODIATRIST WHO PERFORMED THE PODIATRIC
TREATMENT OR SERVICE FOR ANY PATIENT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983. Approved May 31, 1983.
CHAPTER 599 (House Bill 197) AN ACT concerning Oyster Dredging - During Icing Conditions FOR the purpose of eliminating the termination date for
continuing certain provisions of law that authorize
scooping, dredging, or scraping for oysters by hand in
certain areas reserved for tonging when watermen are denied
access to oyster taking because of icing conditions. BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments, Article - Natural Resources
