(1)  Otherwise is entitled to be licensed; (2)  Pays to the Department a renewal fee of $50; and (3)   Submits to the Department a renewal application
on the form that the Department requires. (c)  The Department shall waive the renewal fee for any
manufacturer of decorative pillows that: (1)  Are made by needlepoint or by hand; and (2)  Are sold for use only by: (i) Nursing Homes; (ii) Churches; or (iii) Other nonprofit organizations. (d)  The Department shall renew the license of each licensee
who meets the requirements of this section. (E) THE DEPARTMENT SHALL PAY ALL FUNDS COLLECTED UNDER THIS
SUBTITLE INTO THE GENERAL FUND OF THIS STATE. 11-429. Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Secretary in
a contested case, as defined in the Administrative Procedure Act,
may[: (1)  Appeal that decision to the Board of Review; and (2)  Then] take [any further] AN appeal [allowed] AS
PROVIDED by the Administrative Procedure Act. Article - Health Occupations 4-309. (a) (1) Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, a
license expires on the date set by the Board, unless the license
is renewed for an additional term as provided in this section.
[No] A license [shall] MAY NOT be renewed for a term longer than
2 years. (2)  A limited license to practice dentistry expires
on the first anniversary of its effective date. (3)  A teacher's license to practice dentistry or a
teacher's license to practice dental hygiene expires on the
earlier of:
