(2) Each notice shall:
(i) Be personally served or sent by [registered
mail] CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED , BEARING A
POSTMARK FROM THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE;
(ii) State the duration of the suspension or
revocation; and
(iii) Advise the individual of his right,
within 10 days after the notice is sent (Saturdays, Sundays, and
legal holidays excepted), to file a written request for a hearing
before the Administrator.
(3) Unless a hearing is requested, each notice of
suspension or revocation is effective at the end of the 10-day
period after the notice is sent.
25-201.
(b) "Abandoned vehicle" means any motor vehicle, trailer,
or semitrailer:
(4) That has remained in a garage for more than 10
days after the garage keeper has given the owner of the vehicle
notice by [registered] CERTIFIED mail, return receipt requested,
BEARING A POSTMARK FROM THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, to
remove the vehicle;
25-2:04.
(a) As soon as reasonably possible and within 7 days at
most after it takes an abandoned vehicle into custody, a police
department shall send a notice, by [registered] CERTIFIED mail,
return receipt requested, BEARING A POSTMARK FROM THE UNITED
STATES POSTAL SERVICE, to:
(1) The last known registered owner of the vehicle;
and
(2) Each secured party, as shown on the records of
the Administration.
25-205.
(a) This section applies if:
(1) The identity of the last registered owner of an
abandoned vehicle cannot be determined;
(2) The registration of the vehicle gives no address
for the owner;
(3) It is impossible to determine with reasonable
certainty the identity and address of each secured party; or
