Establishments employing not less than ten persons and not more than twenty persons ... [$50.00] $200 Establishments employing more than twenty persons......................................[$100.00] $400 (B) IN BALTIMORE CITY, EACH PERSON, FIRM, OR CORPORATION,
RESIDENT OR NONRESIDENT, THAT CONDUCTS THE BUSINESS OF CLEANING,
DYEING, PRESSING, OR LAUNDRY, WHETHER BY STEAM, ELECTRIC, OR
OTHER POWER BUT EXCLUDING LAUNDRY DONE BY HAND, SHALL FIRST
OBTAIN A LICENSE AND SHALL PAY AN ANNUAL FEE AS FOLLOWS: ESTABLISHMENTS EMPLOYING NOT MORE THAN 10 PERSONS.......$30 ESTABLISHMENTS EMPLOYING 11 TO 20 PERSONS...............$100 ESTABLISHMENTS EMPLOYING MORE THAN 20 PERSONS...........$200. 178. Each person, firm or corporation, resident or nonresident,
operating or conducting a restaurant or eating place, shall,
before doing so, take out a license therefor, and shall pay an
annual license fee of [ten dollars ($10.00)$40 for each
place of business so operated except that in incorporated towns
and cities of 8,000 inhabitants or over, the fee for each place
of business so operated shall be [twenty-five dollars ($25.00)]
$100 $25, EXCEPT IN BALTIMORE CITY, WHERE THE FEE IS $50.
Provided, however, that this section shall not apply in
Montgomery County. 179. Each (A) EXCEPT IN BALTIMORE CITY, EACH person, firm or
corporation, not holding a trader's license, operating or
conducting the business of a plumber or gas fitter, shall before
doing so, take out a license therefor, and shall pay an annual
license fee for each place of business so operated, graduated as
follows: In cities or towns of less than 5,000 inhabitants, for each place of business........[$ 5.00] $20 In cities or towns of more than 5,000
inhabitants, and less than 10,000
inhabitants, for each place of business...[$10.00] $40 In cities or towns of more than 10,000 inhabitants, for each place of business........[$15.00] $60 (B) IN BALTIMORE CITY, EACH PERSON, FIRM, OR CORPORATION,
THAT DOES NOT HOLD A TRADER'S LICENSE, BUT OPERATES OR CONDUCTS
THE BUSINESS OF A PLUMBER OR GAS FITTER SHALL FIRST OBTAIN A
LICENSE AND PAY AN ANNUAL LICENSE FEE FOR EACH PLACE OF BUSINESS
