(Senate Bill 17)
AN ACT concerning
Fishing and Hunting Licenses - Fees for Disabled
Veterans and Former Prisoners of War
FOR the purpose of allowing certain disabled veterans and former
prisoners of war to obtain certain fishing and hunting
licenses and trout and deer stamps without a fee; and
generally relating to fees for certain fishing and hunting
licenses for certain disabled veterans and former prisoners
of war; and clarifying language.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article - Natural Resources
Section 4-604(g), 4-614(a)(1), 10-301(f), and 10-308(b)
Section 4-607 and 10-303

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Natural Resources
4-604.
(g) THE FEES FOR AN ANGLER'S LICENSE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
(1) Resident, under 65 years old............... $8
(2) Resident, 65 years old or older.........No fee
(3) Nonresident - short term license valid for 7
consecutive days from date of issuance ..................$7.00
(4) Nonresident, regular license................$15
(5) Resident of West Virginia, District of Columbia
or Virginia specific license to fish in Potomac River....... $8
(6) Resident and nonresident, blind persons...No fee
