demotion or dismissal, the investigation or interrogation shall
be conducted under the following conditions:
(5) The law-enforcement officer under investigation
shall be informed in writing of the nature of the investigation
prior to any interrogation. Upon completion of the investigation,
the law-enforcement officer shall be notified of the name of any
witness AND ALL CHARGES AND SPECIFICATIONS AGAINST THE OFFICER
not less than ten days prior to any hearing.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

CHAPTER 490
(House Bill 1379)
AN ACT concerning
Procurements - Sheltered Workshops
FOR the purpose of providing for a pricing and selection
committee for sheltered workshops; providing for the
membership, appointment, and responsibilities of the pricing
and selection committee for sheltered workshops; providing
that the pricing and selection committee shall govern
certain procurement procedures involving sheltered
workshops; providing that certain State agencies shall
procure goods or services from sheltered workshops under
certain circumstances; defining a term; clarifying language;
and generally relating to State procurements from sheltered
workshops in this State.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 21 - Procurement
Section 8-201 and 8-202
