An alcoholic beverage may not be sold between 2:00 a.m. Sunday
and 6:00 a.m. Monday, except that beer and wine may be sold and
Class C and seven day Class D beer, wine and liquor licensees may
sell beer, wine and liquor between 6:00 a.m. Sunday and 2:00 a.m.
Monday. This section does not apply to sales pursuant to
subsection (g) of § 89 of this Article.] 100. (A)  EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE STIPULATED BY THE HOWARD COUNTY
BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS, IN HOWARD COUNTY HOLDERS OF: (1)  ANY CLASS A, B, C, OR D LICENSE MAY SELL
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AUTHORIZED BY THEIR LICENSE BETWEEN THE HOURS
OF 6 A.M. AND 2 A.M. OF THE NEXT DAY, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY,
INCLUSIVE. (2)  A 7 DAY CLASS A, 7 DAY CLASS D, OR ANY CLASS B OR
C LICENSE MAY SELL BEER, WINE, AND LIQUOR BETWEEN 6 A.M. SUNDAY
AND 2 A.M. MONDAY. (B)  (1) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY TO
SALES MADE PURSUANT TO SECTION 89(G) OF THIS ARTICLE. (2) THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 83, 84, AND 85 OF THIS
ARTICLE DO NOT APPLY IN HOWARD COUNTY.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983. Approved May 24, 1983.
CHAPTER 465 (House Bill 973) AN ACT concerning Juvenile Services Administration - Educational Programs - Funds FOR the purpose of providing that the funds for the operation of
the educational programs in State juvenile residential
institutions be provided in the budget of the Juvenile
Services Administration and not in the budget of the State
Department of Education; requiring the Juvenile Services
Administration to develop and provide appropriate
educational programs designed to meet the needs of the
population within each State juvenile residential
institution under the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Services
Administration; and generally relating to the educational
programs within State juvenile residential institutions.
