SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the power to
issue bonds in registered form conferred by this Act is
additional, alternative, and supplemental to each public body's
existing powers. This Act is intended to confer on each public
body all authority necessary to comply with provisions of federal
law and regulation, as amended from time to time, relating to the
issuance of bonds in registered form.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1983.
