FOR the purpose of altering the hours for sales of alcoholic
beverages on Sundays in Montgomery County for certain
classes of alcoholic beverages licenses; and clarifying a
certain term and generally relating to the sales of
alcoholic beverages on Sundays by certain licensees in
Montgomery County.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
Section 84(b)(3), (c)(3), and (d)(3), 85(b)(3), and 102(a),
(b), and (c)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
84.
(b) (3) In Montgomery County, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN § 102
OF THIS ARTICLE, the privilege may be exercised from 9 o'clock
a.m. on any day to 1 a.m. on the day following for on-sale.
(c) (3) In Montgomery County, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN § 102
OF THIS ARTICLE, there shall be no sale before 11 o'clock a.m.
(d) (3) In Montgomery County, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN § 102
OF THIS ARTICLE, the privilege may be exercised from 9 o'clock
a.m. on any day to 1 o'clock a.m. on the day following for
on-sale.

(b) (3) In Montgomery County, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN § 102
OF THIS ARTICLE, the hours are from 9 o'clock a.m. on any day to
1 o'clock a.m. on the day following.
(c) (5) IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, THE HOURS OF SALE ARE AS
PROVIDED IN § 102 OF THIS ARTICLE.
