(House Bill 620)
AN ACT concerning
Queen Anne's County - Alcoholic Beverages
FOR the purpose of providing that the Queen Anne's County board
of license commissioners may issue a Class A beer license, a
Class B beer and light wine license, a Class B Sunday sale
beer and light wine license, and a Class D beer and light
wine license at certain license fees; altering the license
fees for Class B and Class D beer licenses; providing for
Class B beer and light wine Sunday sales; altering the hours
during which certain license holders may sell alcoholic
beverages; and generally relating to the issuance of
alcoholic beverages licenses, fees, and hours of Sunday
operation in Queen Anne's County.
