(ii) Participating in an investigation arising
out of a report under this section; or (iii) Participating in a judicial proceeding
arising out of a report under this section. (2) This subsection does not grant any immunity for
an abuser who makes a report or participates in the investigation
or proceeding. [10-705] 10-707 10-706. (a)   [A] (1) EXCEPT AS PROVIDED BY PARAGRAPH (2), PROMPTLY
AFTER ADMISSION OF AN INDIVIDUAL, A facility shall make and
periodically update a written plan of treatment for [each] THE
individual in the facility, in accordance with THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS SUBTITLE AND rules and regulations that the Director adopts. (2) PROMPTLY AFTER ADMISSION OF AN INDIVIDUAL TO A
PSYCHOSOCIAL CENTER,A PSYCHOSOCIAL THE CENTER SHALL MAKE AND
PERIODICALLY UPDATE A WRITTEN PLAN OF REHABILITATION FOR THE
INDIVIDUAL IN THE FACILITY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS SUBTITLE. (b)  [(1) The Director shall adopt appropriate rules and
regulations to carry out the intent of this section in accordance
with current hospital, professional practices. (2) The rules and regulations shall include] THE
DIRECTOR SHALL ADOPT RULES AND REGULATIONS GUIDELINES UNDER THIS
SECTION THAT INCLUDE: [(i)] (1) A description of the nature and
content of plans of treatment; and [(ii)] (2) Appropriate time periods for the
development, implementation, and review of each plan. (C) AN INDIVIDUAL SHALL: (1)  PARTICIPATE, IN A MANNER APPROPRIATE TO THE
INDIVIDUAL'S CONDITION, IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND PERIODIC UPDATING
OF THE PLAN OF TREATMENT; AND (2)  BE TOLD, IN APPROPRIATE TERMS AND LANGUAGE, OF: (I)  THE CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES OF THE PLAN OF
TREATMENT; (II)  THE NATURE AND SIGNIFICANT POSSIBLE
ADVERSE EFFECTS OF RECOMMENDED TREATMENTS; (III)  THE NAME, TITLE, AND ROLE OF PERSONNEL
INDIVIDUALS PERSONNEL DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ADMINISTERING
CARRYING OUT THE TREATMENT TO FOR THE INDIVIDUAL; AND
