Title II
Article XII
(d) No carrier shall charge, for any transportation subject
to this Compact, any fare other than the applicable fare
specified in a tariff filed by it under this section and in
effect at the time. During the period before a tariff filed by
it under this section has become effective, no carrier referred
to in subsection (b) shall charge, for any transportation subject
to this Compact, any fare other than the fare which it was
authorized to charge for such [transporation] TRANSPORTATION
immediately prior to the effective date of this section, under
the law under which it was then regulated. 13-705.1. If a person drives a motor vehicle while the driver's
license of the person is suspended or revoked under [§]§ 16-205
or § 16-205.1 of this article, the administration may suspend,
for not more than 120 days, the registration of any motor vehicle
owned by the person. 13-946. (a) Special registration plates issued to a transporter
under § 13-625 of this title are Class 5 [(tranporter)]
(TRANSPORTER) registration plates. 16-205.1. (b) (1) Except as provided in subsection (c) of this section, a person may not be compelled to take a chemical test for alcohol. However, the detaining officer shall advise him [that] THAT, on receipt of a sworn statement from the officer that the driver was so charged and refused to take a chemical test for alchohol, the Administration shall:
(i) In the case of a driver licensed under this
title, suspend his driver's license for a period of not less than
60 days nor more than 6 months or (ii) In the case of a nonresident or unlicensed
driver, suspend the person's driving privilege for a period of
not less than 60 days nor more than 6 months. (d) (2) If an individual regains consciousness or otherwise
becomes capable of refusing before the taking of a chemical test
