purposes provided in this Act. If this evidence is not presented
by June 1, 1985, the proceeds of the loan shall be applied to the
purposes authorized in Article 78A, § 3 of the Code.
Furthermore, the Oxon Hill Manor Foundation shall grant and
convey a perpetual preservation easement on the exterior and
interior of the structures, where appropriate, and on the land to
the Maryland Historical Trust, in form and substance acceptable
to the Trust.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1983.

CHAPTER 335
(Senate Bill 367)
AN ACT concerning
Lie Detector Tests - Baltimore County
FOR the purpose of providing that certain correctional officers
and employees of the Baltimore County Detention Center are
exempt from a provision which prohibits the use of a lie
detector test as a condition of employment.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 100 - Work, Labor and Employment
95.
(a) (1) The following words have the meanings indicated.
(2) The term "employer" as used in this subtitle
means every employer engaged in any business or enterprise in
this State, including the government of the State of Maryland, or
any county, incorporated city or town, or other municipal
corporation.
