(e) The members of the Board shall receive to the
extent provided in the annual State budget:
(i) A per diem compensation for each day as a
member of the Board; and
(ii) Reimbursement for actual and incidental
expenses of travel required for members of the Board.
(f) The Board shall submit an annual report to the
Governor on or before October 1. The report shall include a
statement in detail of the expenses and balances of the fund.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July June 1, 1983.

CHAPTER 327
(Senate Bill 347)
AN ACT concerning
Real Estate Brokers and Salesmen - Continuing Education
FOR the purpose of altering the time intervals during which real
estate brokers and salesmen must meet the continuing
education requirements for license renewal; providing that
all course subject matter is subject to the approval of the
Real Estate Commission; providing an initial effective date;
deleting an obsolete provision; clarifying language; and
generally relating to continuing education requirements for
real estate brokers and salesmen.
