SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 10 - Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact
45G.
(g) (3) The Corporation shall publish an annual report
which the Corporation shall file with the Governor and, SUBJECT
TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, WITH the General Assembly. This
report shall include a. description of services provided.
45K.
(a) (3) [The] SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, THE
report of the annual audit shall be filed with the Governor,
General Assembly, and the Department of Budget and Fiscal
Planning and shall be available for public inspection during
business hours at the principal office of the Corporation.
(c) The Corporation shall require an annual financial audit
of each grantee. [The] SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE,
THE report of each audit shall be filed with the General Assembly
and the Governor and shall be maintained for a period of at least
5 years at the principal office of the Corporation.
