Section 23-208
Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Transportation
23-208.
Any program adopted under this subtitle terminates on [June
30] DECEMBER 31, 1988, unless, prior to its termination, the
period of operation is extended by an act of the General
Assembly.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program - Implementation
