(Senate Bill 102)
AN ACT concerning
Notaries Public - Out-of-State Court Reporters
FOR the purpose of allowing out-of-state court reporters to
obtain a notary commission for certain limited purposes;
specifying the rules and regulations pertaining to the
application process; establishing a term of office;
prescribing fees; and generally relating to out-of-state
court reporters commissioned as notaries public in the State
of Maryland.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 68 - Notaries Public
Section 1(a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), and 6
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1978 Replacement Volume and 1982 Supplement)
BY adding to
Article 68 - Notaries Public
Section 11 and 12, 12, and 13
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1978 Replacement Volume and 1982 Supplement)
