(c) "System" means:
(1) A water supply system;
(2) A sewerage system;
(3) A drainage system; or
(4) A refuse disposal system.

A municipal authority may:
(4) Make a contract or an agreement with another
municipal authority, or with any SANITARY COMMISSION, SANITARY
DISTRICT, county, State, or federal authority about the
construction, alteration, maintenance, or operation of a system;
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

(House Bill 1545)
AN ACT concerning
Baltimore City Jail - Work Release Program
Authority of Warden
FOR the purpose of granting certain authority and assigning
certain functions and duties to the Warden and Deputy Warden
of the Baltimore City Jail, and to the Jail Board of
Baltimore City, with respect to work release programs for
inmates of the Baltimore City Jail; providing that certain
provisions regarding work release programs shall apply to
inmates at the Baltimore City Jail; and generally relating
to work release programs for inmates of the Baltimore City
Jail.
FOR the purpose of substituting the authority of the Warden of
the Baltimore City Jail, if approved by a certain judge, for
the authority of a certain judge, to prescribe that certain
prisoners may participate in certain programs, employment,
or activities; and making this Act an emergency measure.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
