This bill provides for the Governor to include funds in
the State budget, to the extent possible, for the operation
of day vocational placements for developmentally disabled.
House Bill 952, which was passed by the General
Assembly and signed by me on June 1, 1982, accomplishes the
same purpose. Therefore it is not necessary for me to sign
Senate Bill 674.
