Dear Mr. Speaker:
In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the
Maryland Constitution, I have today vetoed House Bill 1343.
This bill alters the amount which the Comptroller's
Office would deduct from Baltimore City's Admissions and
Amusement Tax receipts to be used as partial payment for the
Memorial Stadium Seating and Field Facilities Loan of 1980.
