1982 HOUSE OF DELEGATES 49
June 1, 1982
The Honorable Benjamin L. Cardin
Speaker of the House of Delegates

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the

This bill provides for procedures relating to the
admission or release of an individual to a facility operated
by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
Senate Bill 437, which was passed by the General
Assembly and signed by me on May 20, 1982, accomplishes the
same purpose. Therefore it is not necessary for me to sign
House Bill 1014.
