Senate Bill No. 95
AN ACT concerning
Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation -
Easement Restrictions
FOR the purpose of providing that if a child of a person who
sold an easement to the Maryland Agricultural Land
Preservation Foundation uses the easement for a certain
purpose, the child shall pay a certain amount to the
Foundation for the use of the easement providing that,
upon conveyances by certain persons of certain land
subject to agricultural land preservation easements,
the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation
shall release the land conveyed from the easement; and
providing that the beneficiaries of the releases shall
reimburse the Foundation a certain amount of money; and
clarifying language.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article - Agriculture
Section 2-513(a) and (b)(1)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1974 Volume and 1981 Supplement)
