ORDERED BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES OF MARYLAND, That the
Rules of the House of Delegates in effect at the end of the
1982 Regular Legislative Session be adopted for the Special
Session of August 6, 1982, with one exception.
The exception being introductory bills, whether House
or Senate, shall be initially referred to the House
Committee on Rules.
