948 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 21 19-323. TERM AND RENEWAL. (A) TERM OF LICENSE. A LICENSE EXPIRES ON THE FIRST ANNIVERSARY OF ITS (B) APPLICATIONS FOR RENEWAL. BEFORE THE LICENSE EXPIRES, THE LICENSEE PERIODICALLY (1) OTHERWISE IS ENTITLED TO THE LICENSE; (2) PAYS TO THE SECRETARY A RENEWAL FEE OF $10; (3) SUBMITS TO THE SECRETARY: (I) A RENEWAL APPLICATION ON THE FORM THAT (II) SATISFACTORY EVIDENCE OF COMPLIANCE (C) ISSUANCE OF RENEWAL.
