15, 1982 with the Secretary of State an affadavit affidavit
under oath in the form set forth by the Secretary of State.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That any
developer who is converting a residential rental property,
for which a notice of intention to create a condominium was
issued before July 1, 1981, who is not entitled to an
exemption under Section ll-142(f) as amended by this Act,
shall, before the conversion of the residential rental
property may continue, issue a new notice of intention to
create a condominium with respect to any unit for which a
bona fide contract of sale was not entered into on or before
March 15, 1982. Sections 11-127, 11-131, 11-136, 11-137,
11-138, 11-139, and 11-140 do not apply to any unit for
which a bona fide contract of sale was entered into on or
before March 15, 1982.
SECTION 3 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Act is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
health and safety and having been passed by a yea and nay
vote supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to
each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the same
shall take effect from the date of its passage.

State Procurement Law - Bid Bonds
FOR the purpose of making bid bonds for certain contracts
discretionary at the option of the procurement officer;
providing an exception to the requirement that bid
bonds be at least a certain amount; and making this Act
an emergency measure.
