SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

90.

(a) (4) In Baltimore City and Baltimore County, a
Class B and a Class C beer and light wine or beer, wine and
liquor licensee may sell alcoholic beverages at a bar or
counter on Sunday.

Article 10 - Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact

40.

(i) (1) In Charles County, the State's Attorney's
salary shall be $36,000 a year for services during the
calendar year 1983, $37,000 a year for services during the
calendar year 1984, $38,000 a year for services during the
calendar year 1985, and $39,000 a year for services during
the calendar year 1986. In addition to the compensation
provided for in this section, the State's Attorney shall be
entitled to reimbursement for reasonable expenses during his
performance of duties, subject to the approval of the County
Commissioners. Except in connection with and in performance
