231G-1.
(a) The Secretary of the Department of General
Services shall accept proposals for leases for office or
building space rental. The Secretary shall submit all the
proposals, along with his recommendations, to the Board of
Public Works for the Board's final approval, unless Board of
Public Works regulations provide otherwise.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.
Passed over the Governor's veto, in the Senate on January
13, 1982, and in the House of Delegates on January 21,
1982.

(Senate Bill 429)
AN ACT concerning
Condominiums - Conversions
FOR the purpose of providing that certain requirements
relating to the conversion of residential real property
to a condominium regime are not applicable under
certain conditions; requiring persons claiming
compliance with this Act to file a claim with the
Secretary of State; requiring that certain developers
who are converting residential rental property to a
condominium regime shall under certain circumstances be
required to issue a new notice of intention to create a
condominium as to certain units; and making this Act an
emergency measure.
