AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Licensing of Multi-Family Rental Facilities

FOR the purpose of amending the licensing period and
fee for renewal of a multi-family rental facility license
and generally amending other licensing requirements both
prior to, and after revocation or suspension.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

SUBTITLE 13. HOUSING.
Sections 13-185, 13-187, and 13-189,

AN ACT concerning

Parking Regulations

FOR the purpose of repealing the provision for
confinement in the County Jail for violation of the
prohibition against overnight and weekend parking of
commercial trailers and trucks to be consistent with other
parking penalties; and to increase the fine for prohibited
parking in a space reserved for the handicapped.
