AN ACT concerning

Basic Services Maps

FOR the purpose of amending Article 4A-Growth
Management of the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations in
order to change the dates for recommendations and action
upon annual revisions to the Basic Services Maps; providing
a procedure for amendments to the maps in certain cases;
authorizing the issuance of reserve-capacity-use
certificates in certain cases; providing certain exceptions
to the Basic Services Mapping Standards; and providing a
procedure for granting a special form of relief, upon
petition, from the Basic Services Mapping Standards.
