AN ACT concerning

Water, Sewers, Sewage Disposal and Drains -
Extinguishment of front foot assessments

FOR the purpose of providing that a property owner may
at any time extinguish the front foot assessment or benefit
charge by paying the principal balance due together with
interest accrued thereon, without discount or penalty.

BY repealing

Section 34-58, Term of front foot assessments;

extinguishment of assessment.
