ALLEGANY COUNTY

Bill No. 7-81

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact Section C, Subsection 3
and Subsection 4(a) of Bill No. 117A and to add a new
Section O to Bill No. 117A of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Allegany County (1963 Edition and 1973 Supplement, being
Article I of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland)
titled "Allegany County" and subtitled "Supervision and
Licensing of 'Dogs", to amend the amount of fees for
individual dog licenses, to amend the collection period of
said fees, and to provide for the impoundment and disposal
of cats, and the institution of an adoption program thereof.

Effective June 18, 1981.

Bill No. 8-81

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact Section 78 of the Code of
Public Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition and 1973
Supplement, being Article I of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland) titled "Allegany County" and subtitled "Tax
Levy", to amend the day on which the annual levy may be set.

Effective August 3, 1981.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 289-293 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition, and 1973
Supplement, being Article I of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland) titled ALLEGANY COUNTY, and subtitled Insane
Asylum.

Effective December 21, 1981.

AN ACT to repeal Section 65(a) and 65(b) and Section 66
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1963
Edition, and 1973 Supplement, being Article I of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland) titled ALLEGANY COUNTY, and
subtitled County Home.

Effective December 21, 1981.
