A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of
Hyattsville proposed pursuant to Article 32A, Section 11
through 18, titled "Corporations - Municipal", subtitled
"Charter Amendments" of the Annotated Code of Maryland to
amend Article XI, Section 11-4 of the Charter of the City of
Hyattsville, for the purpose of changing the uses of the
funds collected from the operation of off-street parking
facilities.

[Section 11-4 of the Charter of the City of
Hyattsville, Prince George's County, repealed and reenacted,
with amendments.

Effective Date December 28, 1981]

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ANNEXATION OF
APPROXIMATELY 137.192 ACRES OF CONTIGUOUS LAND WITHIN THE
