ANNEXATION RESOLUTION NO. 9
A resolution of the City Council of Fruitland,
proposing the annexation to the City of Fruitland of a
certain area of land being contiguous to and binding upon
the northerly corporate limits of the City of Fruitland,
beginning for the same at a point on the easterly line of
North Camden Avenue at the northerly line of the City of
Fruitland and running thence (1) by and with the northerly
line of the City south 35 degrees 45 minutes 45 seconds east
a distance of 309.13 feet; thence (2) north 53 degrees 51
minutes 06 seconds east a distance of 87.60 feet, to a
cement post; thence (3) north 28 degrees 07 minutes 58
seconds east a distance of 393.54 feet to the easterly line
of North Camden Avenue; thence (4) by and with the easterly
line of North Camden Avenue south 53 degrees 50 minutes 50
seconds west a distance of 135.27 feet to the point of
beginning; and providing for the conditions and
circumstances applicable to the proposed change in the
boundaries of the City of Fruitland.

RESOLUTION NO. R-65-80
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF
GAITHERSBURG OF APPROXIMATELY 100.01+ acres of land located
adjacent to the corporate limits. Said parcel known as the
Johnston/Rabbitt tract is located just east of Longdraft
Road, north of Quince Orchard Road, traversed by the pepco
right-of-way, adjacent to the diamond farms townhouse
community and the west riding subdivision Annexation X-122.
[Section 71-2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Montgomery County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date January 1, 1981]
