MUNICIPAL CHARTERS
of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 Edition, the Mayor
and Council of Cecilton unanimously resolved to repeal the
aforesaid Section 1304 of the Town Charter and to add a new
Section 1304 which would provide for the imposition of a
fine not exceeding $500.00 or imprisonment not exceeding
ninety (90) days or both such fine imprisonment, this
Resolution is adopted.
[Section 1304 of the Charter of the Town of Cecilton,
Cecil County, repealed and added.

CENTREVILLE
(Queen Anne's County)
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a Petition for Annexation of Land adjacent and
contiguous to part of the existing corporate boundaries of
the Town of Centreville has been filed by Arthur H. Kudner,
Jr., pursuant to the provisions of Section 19 of Article 23A
of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, and
WHEREAS, the Town Commissioners of Centreville have
determined that additional land now owned by the Town of
Centreville which is contiguous and adjacent to both the
land which is the subject of the aforesaid Petition for
Annexation and to the existing corporate boundaries of the
Town of Centreville should be included in the proposal for
annexation, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the Town of Centreville
have verified that the area proposed to be annexed as
aforesaid is in fact contiguous and adjacent to the existing
corporate area; that no persons reside in the area to be
annexed; and that the Petitioner is the owner of over
twenty-five percent (25%) of the assessed valuation of the
real property located in the area proposed to be annexed;

Anne's County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

THE TOWN OF CENTREVILLE BY THE ADDITION OF THE WORDS FEDERAL
FARM CREDIT BANK AND FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION.
