10-605. REPORT ON ADMISSION.

(A)  REPORT REQUIRED.

WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER ADMISSION OF AN INDIVIDUAL  TO A

FACILITY UNDER THIS TITLE, THE FACILITY SHALL SUBMIT TO THE

ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT AN ADMISSION REPORT ON THE
INDIVIDUAL.

(B)  FORM AND CONTENTS.
THE REPORT SHALL:

(1)  BE ON THE FORM THAT THE ADMINISTRATION
DEPARTMENT REQUIRES; AND

(2)  CONTAIN THE INFORMATION THAT THE
ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REQUIRES.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the first
sentence, as that sentence related to admission
reports, and the third sentence of former Article
59, § 20.

Although former Article 59, § 3(d) defined
"Department" to mean the Administration, the
reference to "Department", as the Department of
Health and Mental Hygiene, is retained to reflect
practice.

SUBTITLE.
