(A)  IN GENERAL.

IN PART II OF THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE
THE MEANINGS INDICATED.

(B)  LARGE PRIVATE GROUP HOME.

"LARGE PRIVATE GROUP HOME" MEANS A PRIVATE GROUP HOME
THAT ADMITS AT LEAST 9 BUT NOT MORE THAN 16 INDIVIDUALS.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection formerly appeared as
Article 59, § 58(c).

The phrase "at least 9" is substituted for "from
8", to avoid an overlap with a "small private
group home", which admits not more than 8
individuals.

The only other changes are in style.

(C)  LICENSE.

"LICENSE" MEANS A LICENSE ISSUED BY THE SECRETARY TO
