5308 VETOES DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGIENE SHALL RECEIVE AND (1) THE INDIVIDUAL'S INVOLUNTARY ADMISSION IS (2) AN APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION HAS BEEN (3) A CERTIFYING PHYSICIAN OR PSYCHOLOGIST IS (4) THE DEPARTMENT IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE FOR THE 10-631.
