SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:
Article - Estates and Trusts
2-106.
(F) THE SESSIONS OF THE COURT IN BALTIMORE COUNTY
SHALL CONTINUE FROM 10 A.M. TO 4 P.M., IF NECESSARY FOR THE
TRANSACTION OF THE BUSINESS OF THE COURT.
2-108.
(e) Each of the judges of the court for Baltimore
County shall MAY receive an annual compensation of NOT TO
EXCEED [$14,500] $21,500 $16,500. The Chief Judge shall MAY
receive an additional $500 annually ANNUAL COMPENSATION NOT
TO EXCEED $22,000 $17,500.

2-506.
(a) A bailiff shall receive the compensation provided
in this section. Unless otherwise provided, the amount is a
per diem sum for each day he attends the circuit court.
(4) Baltimore County - As set by the court,
EXCEPT THAT THE BAILIFF IN THE ORPHANS' COURT FOR BALTIMORE
COUNTY SHALL RECEIVE AN ANNUAL COMPENSATION OF NOT LESS THAN
$10,000.
